How it Works

Tracking works by inserting a small, invisible image into each outgoing message. When the recipient opens your email, our servers record the hit. The next time you open Direct Mail, the latest statistics are downloaded to your computer. This means that you don't need to maintain your own tracking solution — Direct Mail handles it for you!
