I have to tell you that Direct Mail Pro utterly rocks. Small details like automatically opening the last used library already made a big difference: but when I used the e3 Delivery Service coupled with the History feature, I was absolutely blown away. Having real time stats about when messages were read, which links were clicked, and from where in the world is incredibly valuable.

I downloaded Direct Mail to help in sending out emails for the magazine and it has become an indispensable tool in sending emails to and tracking our subscribers. It makes it better for us to be able to tell prospective advertisers that we know where our magazine is being read, what countries, how many people on our list actually read their emails, how many email addresses are wrong etc. This is a great tool.
