How do I specify Cc and Bcc recipients for my message?

You can add Cc and Bcc recipients to your messages. Cc and Bcc recipients will receive a copy of every email sent to each member of your mailing list. For example, if you have 100 people on your mailing list, and have john@doe.com listed as a Cc or Bcc recipient, then john@doe.com will receive 100 emails when you send your mailing.

How to specify Cc and Bcc recipients:

  1. Go to the "Messages" tab.
  2. Click the "+" button located on the right side of the subject box and choose "Cc" or "Bcc".
  3. Enter the email addresses you want Cc'd or Bcc'd. Multiple email addresses should be separated by a comma.

If you are using e3 Delivery Service, please note that additional Cc or Bcc recipients will require additional credits when sending. For example, if you are sending to 100 people, but have one Cc recipient, then your mailing will require 200 e3 Delivery Service credits.

Note: Tracking statistics are turned off for Cc and Bcc recipients. In other words, when a Cc or Bcc recipient reads your email or clicks a link, their view/click will not be recorded.
