I purchased a license; where's my registration code?

If you purchased a license using your web browser, your registration code will be emailed to you. Look for an email from Kagi with the subject "Thanks for your Purchase". If you purchased a license using Direct Mail, then you do not need to type in a registration code — your copy of Direct Mail is unlocked automatically. A receipt (and registration code) will still be emailed to you for your records.

Why doesn't my registration code work?

It works. However, please make sure you are entering both the email portion and the code portion exactly as they appear in the confirmation email that you received. The easiest way to do this is to just copy and paste from the email. Also, please note that registration codes for Direct Mail 1.x will not work with Direct Mail 2.x.
